RCI BANQUE: ISSUANCE OF EUR 600 MILLION FIXED RATE NOTES MATURING IN MAY 2034
RCI Banque, operating under the commercial brand Mobilize Financial Services, announces the issuance of a € 600m 8-year and 2-months bond (May-34) bearing a 4.25% coupon.
The deal attracted a final order book around €1.5 billion coming from more than 100 investors.
