Kvalitena AB (publ) issues bonds of SEK 500 million maturing in 3.5 years and repurchases bonds with maturity in September 2020
Kvalitena AB (publ) (“Kvalitena” or the “Company”) has successfully issued senior unsecured bonds in the total amount of SEK 500 million within a framework of SEK 800 million, maturing in 3.5 years. The bonds have a floating interest rate of 3m STIBOR + 600 bps and mature in December 2022. Kvalitena intends to apply for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm corporate bond list.
In connection with the bond issue, Kvalitena repurchases bonds amounting to SEK 450 million of total outstanding amount of SEK 800 million in its existing senior unsecured bond with maturity in September 2020 (SE0009664949) at a price of 101.85.
