Andreas Umbach has informed the Board of Directors that he will not stand for re-election as Chairman of Ascom Holding AG at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 10 April 2019 after nine years of service as a Board member. Until the end of his term of office on 10 April 2019, he will continue with all duties incumbent on him as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
