Reference is made to Stock Exchange releases on 09.08.18 and 20.08.18 regarding capital increase after debt conversion.
As per today, 27.08.2018, a total number of 1,672,500 new shares will be listed at Oslo Stock Exchange as a result of completion of the transactions.
The number of listed shares increases from 22,103,800 to 23,776,300, each at par value of NOK 1.00.
