Silkeborg, 2017-09-14 16:02 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 14 September 2017, Jyske Bank issued AT 1 capital (Additional Tier 1 capital under CRR) of EUR 150m (DKK 1.1bn) at an EUR coupon rate of 4.75% (corresponding to 3-month CIBOR + 3.8%). The notes have perpetual maturity and may be called by Jyske Bank in September 2027 at the earliest.
The issue is part of Jyske Bank's gradual adjustment of its capital structure. Following the issue, Jyske Bank's additional Tier 1 and hybrid Tier 1 capital notes and Tier II capital will total DKK 6.6bn, corresponding to 3.6% of the weighted risk exposure as at 30 June 2017.
Jyske Bank's Core Tier 1 capital ratio and capital ratio amounted to 16.5% and 19.4%, respectively, as at 30 June 2017 against 15.9% and 19.5%, respectively after the increase of the ongoing share buy-back programme by DKK 1,000m as at 22 August 2017 and the issue of additional Tier 1 capital of EUR 150m.
