Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program
Novozymes has now completed the announced share buyback program of B shares worth up to DKK 2 billion in total during 2016. As of November 15, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 6,767,182 shares with a transaction value of DKK 2,000 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 2, 2016 and initiated February 1, 2016.
