Petition for bankruptcy filed on October 11th at the district court of Stockholm (Stockholms Tingsrätt) has been withdrawn following an out of court settlement between the Creditor and Selena Oil & Gas Holding AB (publ).


Selena Oil & Gas Holding AB (publ) has reached a settlement with the Creditor
that filed for a bankruptcy petition on October 11th, 2013, in relationship to
an unpaid debt.


The settlement means that the filed petition at the district court of Stockholm
(Stockholms Tingsrätt) has been withdrawn and Selena Oil & Gas Holding AB
(publ) undertake to repay the debt through an installment plan. The settlement
has been reached through an out of court action in a direct dialogue between
the Creditor and the Company.
