The Board of Directors of Selena Oil & Gas Holding AB (publ) have today
received a petition on cancellation of a decision from Extraordinary
Shareholders Meeting, held on May 31st 2013. The petition has been filed with
the district court of Stockholm (Stockholms Tingsrätt).


It is the opinion of the Board of Directors that the petition is unfounded and
