Liepaja, 2013-07-26 15:34 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Joint Stock Company Liepājas Metalurgs informs, that on 26.07.2013. the Company submitted an application to the Court of Liepāja, requesting the extension of the deadline for sake of elaboration and coordination of its legal protection process plan. The sufficient number of consents necessary for the extension of the deadline have been duly received from the relevant groups of creditors.
