Liepaja, 2013-07-09 15:46 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Herewith please find attached the corrected Corporate Governance Report 2012 of JSC "Liepajas metalurgs". Corrections were performed in chapters No 1.5., 3.2., 6.1., 7.6., 7.8., 13.3. - 13.9.
The amendments are made only due to grammatical corrections to the English version point 7.8. of Corporate Governance Report. The Latvian version of this Corporate Governance Report remains unchanged.
