Zodiac Aerospace to purchase the engineering department of
Threesixty Aerospace company
Plaisir, July 3rd, 2013 - Zodiac Aerospace, through its subsidiary Zodiac Seats UK, has announced the acquisition of the engineering department of the company Threesixty Aerospace including about twenty people. Threesixty Aerospace is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Virgin Atlantic Airways engaged in the conception, design and manufacture of the seats of the said airline.
