Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights and Closure of Offer
On 28 June 2013 the Company issued and allotted 3,100,553 Ordinary Shares of 10p each to 95 applicants at a price of 91.8 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 October 2012. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 74,733,443 Ordinary Shares.
The Offer closed at 1.00 p.m. on 28 June 2013.
