TORONTO, April 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FirstService Corporation (TSX:FSV) (Nasdaq:FSRV) (preferred shares - TSX: FSV.PR.U; debentures: FSV.DB.U) ("FirstService") today announced that at its annual meeting of shareholders, held in Toronto yesterday afternoon, each of the director nominees listed in its Management Information Circular dated February 26, 2013 were elected as directors of FirstService. Directors have been elected to serve until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders. The detailed results of the vote, for the election of directors of FirstService is set out below.
