FPC opens office in San Francisco, California and hires Charles Ng as Sales Director North America.


Fingerprint Cards (FPC) has opened its first US-based sales- and support office
in San Francisco, California, and hired Charles Ng as Sales Director North
America.  Charles previous employer was Authentec, where he was Sales Director,
Americas. Between 2005 and 2010, Charles held equivalent positions with UPEK
until UPEK was acquired by Authentec in 2010.
Charles Ng, who has a long, solid background in security, biometry, telecom and
IT, has a successful track record in Business Development and strategic sales
with North American OEM’s, ODM’s, distributors and other partners. Charles
recent background with Authentec, where he held the position as Sales Director
Americas, responsible for all the major customers for mobiles, tablets, PCs and
other IT products in that region makes him uniquely positioned to quickly
establish FPC in the North American biometric market.
