On 7 June 2012 ENR Russia Invest SA (the "Company") was notified by Dr. Dmitry Amunts of his appointment to the Federal Government of the Russian Federation as an advisor to the Minister of Culture ("Federal Government"). In accordance with Federal Government regulations Dr. Amunts may no longer serve as a director of the Company. Accordingly, Dr. Amunts has tendered his resignation from the board of directors of the Company. We wish to thank Dr. Amunts for his contributions during his tenure as a director of the Company.
