Kent Arentoft has elected to retire from the Supervisory Board of Solar A/S.
This decision follows Kent Arentoft taking up temporary residence abroad in his role as CEO of the DLH Group, and therefore, will not be available to Solar during that period.
From now on and until the next general meeting, the Supervisory Board consists of five members elected by the general meeting and three employee representatives.
By retiring from the Supervisory Board, Kent Arentoft will also retire from his chairmanship of the audit committee. Peter Falkenham will take over as chairman of the audit committee and Jens Peter Toft will join.
From now on, the audit committee will consist of Peter Falkenham (chairman), Jens Borum and Jens Peter Toft.
