The Swiss Competition Commission prohibits the business combination of Sunrise and Orange Switzerland - and revised financial calendar 2010

TDC announces that it has been informed that the Swiss Competition Commission
(“ComCo”) has decided to prohibit the proposed combination of TDC A/S' and
France Telecom S.A.'s respective subsidiaries in Switzerland, Sunrise
Communications S.A. and Orange Communication S.A. 

TDC and France Telecom are surprised by this decision as they believe that the
contemplated business combination would have benefited the Swiss consumers. 

As the transaction is subject to Swiss competition authority approval as
described in TDC's announcement of 25 November 2009, TDC and France Telecom
will assess their available options regarding potential next steps. 

The release of the financial statement for January - March 2010 will
consequently be moved back to 7 May 2010 and the revised financial calendar for
the remainder of 2010 is as set out below.

Release of the interim financial statements for January - March, January - June

referred to.
