TDC releases its revised financial calendar for the remainder of 2010 as set
out below. The date of release of the Interim Financial Statements January -
March 2010 has been advanced to 4 May 2010.

End of the fiscal year 2010
Release of the interim financial statements for January - March, January - June
and January - September is expected at approximately 8:00 (CET) on the days
referred to.
