Tony Lowrie to stand down as Director of Quadrise Fuels International plc
In accordance with the requirements of Irish Listing Rule 6.6.8 and UK Listing Rule 9.6.14 to notify any new directorships held by any director of Kenmare Resources plc ("Kenmare") in any other publicly quoted company, Kenmare advises that Mr. Tony Lowrie intends to stand down from the Board of Quadrise Fuels International plc and will not be seeking re-election at Quadrise Fuels International plc's AGM which is due to take place on 12th September 2008. Save for this, there has been no other change in the information required to be notified under Irish Listing Rule 6.6.7 and UK Listing Rule 9.6.13.
