Maconomy closes Swedish deal for 2,500 licences

Copenhagen, April 29, 2008. Maconomy Sweden today signed a major deal with
Semcon Group. The deal includes a Maconomy Consulting Solution for 2,500 users
in Sweden with a number of add-on modules. 

Semcon is a global technology development company with business at 40 sites on
three continents; Asia, Europe and South America. The Group is active in
product development and technical information and is organised into three
business areas: Automotive R&D, Design & Development and Informatic. In
addition to Semcon the Group consists of IVM Automotive and Caran. The Group
has around 3,700 employees and annual sales of around SEK 3.3 billion pro forma
in 2007. 

Semcon Group's new Maconomy solution is based on a number of standard modules
and the HR and Electronic Invoice Management add-on modules. Additionally,
Semcon Group purchased Maconomy's resource management tool People Planner and
the Business Intelligence solution Maconomy AnalytiX. Semcon Group will start
using the implemented Maconomy solution on January 1, 2009. 

This announcement does not affect Maconomy's financial expectations for 2008.
