Changes in AS Tallinna Vesi supervisory council members

As of Monday, the 10th of March 2008 United Utilities (Tallinn) BV recalled     
David John Kilgour from the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi and named   
Ian John Alexander Plenderleith as a new member of the Supervisory Council.     
                                                                                

Ian Plenderleith has over 14 years experience in a variety of financial roles   
within the utilities sector both in the UK and internationally. Ian worked in AS
Tallinna Vesi from October 2004 until August 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and
Member of Management Board. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of        
Management Accountants. Ian Plenderleith does not own any shares of AS Tallinna 
Vesi.                                                                           

As of today the members of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council are Robert John 
Gallienne (UU), Ian John Alexander Plenderleith (UU), Henry Russell (EBRD),     
David Fuller (UU), Rein Ratas (Tallinn City), Elmar Sepp (Tallinn City), Deniss
Boroditš (Tallinn  City), Mart Mägi (independent) and Valdur Laid
(independent).
