-- There will be feature keynote presentations by Rick Frazier, leader
of Coca Cola Company's Technical Stewardship function; Richard
Rivera, Chairman of the Board of the National Restaurant Association
and Dr. David Acheson, M.D., F.R.C.P., Assistant Commissioner of
Food Protection for the FDA.
-- New on the Show floor in 2008 is the Posters & Papers Research
Program. Scientists in Industry, Academia, and Government, have
submitted their important scientific findings and they will be
displayed throughout the Summit in the Exhibit Hall. Industry
veteran Dr. K.C. Fung of Kansas State University and a highly
qualified team of judges will review and award 1st, 2nd and
3rd place posters.
