As HTA's first major rental agency customer, Avis Budget was visionary in understanding the inherent value to its customers in offering this innovative, state-of-the-art express toll payment system. HTA, celebrating its fifth anniversary, was the first company to create and implement the concept for rental agencies. HTA, as the leader in its industry, has an installed base of over 35,000 transponders, with more installations added every day.     processing unpaid tolls for drivers on AutoExpreso.
--  December 2005, HTA provides services to over 70 agency locations.
--  HTA is featured in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal, both
    January 10, 2006 - "Giving Drivers More Access to Fast Lanes."
--  March 2006, HTA wins contract with Avis Budget Group to equip vehicles
    throughout North America with transponders.
--  HTA (and its deal with Avis Budget Group) is profiled on the front
    page of USA Today (March 13, 2006) - "Car Renters to get E-Pay Option for
    Tolls."
--  HTA's electronic toll collection services are available to rental car
    customers throughout the Northeast United States, the Midwest, Puerto Rico,
