The program faculty includes Marty Linsky and Lee Teitel. Linsky is a
Harvard University faculty member and co-founder of Cambridge Leadership
Associates. Known for his seminal work during the last two decades on the
practice and teaching of leadership, his research focuses on how to build
adaptive capacity in societies, businesses, and nonprofits. He co-authored
the best-selling book "Leadership on the Line: Staying Alive through the
Dangers of Leading" with Ron Heifetz.
Lee Teitel has extensive experience in educational leadership having worked
for more than 15 years as a professor at the University of Massachusetts
and as a lecturer and visiting professor (2004-2005) at Harvard
University's Graduate School of Education. He recently became the founding
director of the Executive Leadership Program for Educators, an innovative
national effort based at Harvard that works with state commissioners of
education and school superintendents, along with their leadership teams and
key stakeholders, to bring high-quality teaching and learning to scale in
urban and high-need districts.
