(OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that is has signed a number of licensing deal memos for the 'Gina D's Kids Club' property at the New York Toy Fair this week. The first to be announced is with Serendipity USA who has signed a License Request for a number products including the "Gina D's Kids Club" Dandy Candy line which is currently on display at the Toy Building during the New York Toy Fair.
The "Gina D's Kids Club" License Agreement will be for three years with Serendipity USA and will pay Raven Moon/JB Toys an advance plus an on going royalty with a minimum sales guarantee. Because Raven Moon is currently negotiating with several companies for various license agreements, it will be Raven Moon's policy not to disclose the exact details of the agreements except in its quarterly and annual financial reports.
Some of the Serendipity USA products that will carry the "Gina D's Kids Club" license will be The Dandy Candy Donut Maker, Taffy Maker, Button Candy Maker, Cotton Candy Maker, Popcorn Maker, Soda Fountain, Wall and Table Clocks, Digital Cameras for Kids, Fiber Optic Home Décor, Bathroom Bath Tub Play Environments, Dance Mats, Limbo Rock, Animated Dolls with Changeable Speech Chips for Gina D & Miss Muffin, Shaped Cookies in Kids Clubhouse Box, and Magical Gel Shape Stick-ums.
