Kenmare today announces the publication and filing of its Annual Report and Notice of its Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year ended 31 December, 2013 and advises that the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at www.kenmareresources.com
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 28 May, 2014 at The Westbury Hotel, Grafton Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The Annual Report is also available to view directly via the Regulatory News Service by clicking on the link at the bottom of this announcement.
A copy of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at the following locations:
