RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
Oxford, UK, 20 April 2012, Summit (AIM: SUMM), a UK drug discovery company, announces that at a General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of General Meeting annexed to the circular to shareholders dated 4 April 2012, were duly passed, thereby enabling the proposed fundraising announced on 4 April 2012 to proceed.
