CORRECTION: JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" financial report for the 9 months, 2010 (unaudited)

JSC „Valmiera fiber glass” informs that 9 months of 2010 has finished with good
financial results - 27% sales increase comparing with year 2009. Company is
exporting 96% of total turnover to 31 countries: European Union - 80% (Germany
- 42%); North America - 9%; Russia and Ukraine - 8%, others - 3%. Significant
sales increase is in countries such as Italy (+78%), Great Britain (+44%) and
Russia (+56%). This increase could be partly possibly related to that company
has increased glass fiber mesh sales for 26% comparing with year 2009. JSC
“Valmieras stikla šķiedra” together with other glass fiber producers in
European Union has handed in a complain to the European Commission with
allegation that imports of certain open mesh fabrics of glass fibres,
originating in the People's Republic of China, are being dumped and are thereby
causing material injury to the Union industry. 
After several years of operation AS Valmieras stikla šķiedra has entered the
Indian market. 
Company plans to reach around 39 million LVL turnover this year, reaching 25%
increase compared with the previous year. Next year company plans to increase
the turnover for additional 10-15%. 

Starting from 2001 around 90 million EUR have been invested in operations. The
investment plan for the upcoming year is between 4 to 5 million EU.
